How to Get Gengar in FireRed
Gengar is a legendary Pokemon that was first introduced in the Generation I games and has since become one of the most popular legendaries in the series. It is also one of the few legendaries that can be obtained by simply playing through the game. We will show you how to get Gengar in Pokémon Go without using any special methods or hacks.

How to Get Gengar In Pokémon Go Without Using Any Special Methods
The easiest way to obtain Gengar is to play through the main story line, which takes about 20 hours to complete. You can do this by going to your profile page on the website and clicking “Continue” at the bottom right corner of the screen. The next step is to go to the “My Games” tab and click on the “Play Again” button. This should take you back to the main menu where you can select the option for “New Game Plus”. Once you have done so, you will be taken back to the main menu again but now you are able to choose from the different options available. Choose “Continue” and then “Start”. If you want to start over with the main story line, you can just continue from here. Otherwise, you can either choose to “Trade” or “Go To Friend List”.
If you chose to trade, you will need to find someone who wants to trade their Gengar for yours. There are two ways to do this: 1) Search for people nearby who are looking to trade. 2) Look up other players online via the search bar located near the top left corner of the screen. Either way, once you find someone willing to trade, you will be asked to send them a message. After they accept your offer, you will be given a list of items that you can trade. Select the item you wish to trade and hit “Send Trade Request”. Your friend will receive an email notification that you sent them a request. They will then reply to you with a list of items they would like to trade as well. Repeat this process until you reach an agreement with another player.
If you decided to go to the ‘Friend List’ instead, you will be prompted to enter your name and password. From there, you will see all of the friends you have made throughout the game. Click on the person’s name to view their profile. On the left side of the screen, you will see a list of items that they have traded with you. Simply click on the item you want to trade and it will appear in your inventory. Hit “Accept” and you will be given the chance to make a new trade.

Is gengar worth it fire red?
I have a friend who is getting married in the fall and wants to get her fiance a gift. She has been looking at some of the items on here but she’s not sure if they are really worth it or not. I’m thinking about getting him a game for his xbox 360, but he doesn’t play games much anymore so I don’t know if that would be something he’d like. Any ideas?
Gengar is definitely worth it! It’s one of my favorite Pokemon. If your friend likes playing video games then this will be perfect for them.
What level does Haunter evolve into gengar in Pokemon Fire Red?
I’m playing the game on my Gameboy Advance and I’ve caught a Haunter. It evolves into Gengar at level 32, but it’s not listed as such anywhere on the Pokedex or any other place that I can find. Is there some way to know when this happens?
The only way to tell is by checking your Pokedex. When you catch a pokemon with the move “Hound” (which is what Haunter uses), it will say “Hound” next to its name. Then, when you go to the Pokedex, it should show up as “Hound”.
Is Mr. Mime any good fire red?
Mr. Mime is very fun. You’ll need to use all of your moves quickly though because he has an annoying habit of using them before you do. Also, his attacks are weak compared to the other characters in the game and it’s easy for him to get hit by them.
The only thing I don’t like about Mr. Mime is that he can’t be used as a partner character. He doesn’t have any special abilities or anything so there’s no point in having him around.
I’m not sure if this was mentioned already but Mr. Mime is actually based off of the movie The Mask.
Where do you get Gengar in Pokemon FireRed?
In order to get Gengar, you must trade from another version of the game. This means that you cannot just buy it from the store.
